Check-in: after 1:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.

Your booking is confirmed once the full payment for your reservation has been received. Please retain your payment confirmation for reference.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Any other cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payments for reservations must be made as communicated during the booking process. UPI, bank transfer and cash are accepted on-site for additional purchases, subject to availability.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests, our team and the surrounding neighbourhood during these hours.

Paid parking is available below the property for guests travelling with their own vehicles. Parking charges are separate from your stay and are not included in the booking price. Parking availability and charges should be confirmed in advance.

We love animals! However, pet stays must be discussed and confirmed with our team before arrival. Please do not bring pets without prior approval; any damage must be compensated.

Bleeblu Stays is located on a cliffside in the mountains. Please move carefully around the property, particularly on paths, steps and outdoor areas during rain, low visibility or at night. Guests are expected to follow safety instructions and exercise reasonable caution.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables throughout their stay. Please take appropriate precautions and inform our team promptly if anything goes missing. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Guests are responsible for damage to the property, furniture, décor, equipment or other facilities caused by their actions or negligence during their stay. Repair or replacement charges may apply based on the actual cost of the damage. Please inform our team immediately if any accidental damage occurs. Honesty goes a long way here, and we'd always appreciate being told directly.

Bleeblu Stays is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. Treat fellow guests, staff and the property with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. Illegal substances, loud parties and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect quiet hours and follow reasonable instructions from the management. Serious or repeated violations may result in the termination of a stay without a refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.

Bleeblu Stays reserves the right to refuse a booking or end a stay where there are legitimate safety concerns, material misrepresentation, or serious violations of these terms. Any cancellation, refund or other action will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Facilities, services and activities may be affected by weather, road conditions, power outages or other circumstances common to mountain regions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests of significant disruptions where possible. By confirming a booking and staying at Bleeblu Stays, you acknowledge these terms and agree to follow the property's rules.
